Brian Bauer is the CEO and the Co-Founder of Resynergi, a leader in modular, decentralized chemical recycling. With more than 25 years in telecommunications, he now applies his strategic vision and innovation-driven mindset to the recycling industry.

Brian’s earlier career includes global marketing roles at Motorola and Advanced Fibre Communications, and co-founding TriAccess Technologies. His work at Raychem helped lay the groundwork for the broadband era. Today, he’s focused on sustainable solutions for plastic waste and remains active in community service through Rotary.
