Dr. Andrew Walsh is the Technical Director at Jones Celtic Bioenergy, leading the development and commercialization of advanced bio-waste treatment systems. With a background in marine science, engineering, and environmental toxicology, he has pioneered patented composting and biogas technologies since 1998.

Andrew now focuses on advanced thermal hydrolysis to expand biomaterial recovery for digestion and chemical recycling. His recent work on biodegradable packaging valorization has reached commercial scale, supporting a more circular, sustainable approach to waste and resource management.
